License Agreement

Effective October 26, 2026

Parcel B Time is a Mac app that Parcel B Development Company (“Parcel B”) made for its own use: recording consulting time and sending it to Parcel B’s QuickBooks Online company.

Internal use only

Parcel B Time is not sold, offered or licensed to anyone outside Parcel B. Only Parcel B and people Parcel B authorizes may use it.

Provided as is

The app is provided as is, with no promise that it is free of errors. Time entries and invoices should be checked in QuickBooks before they are relied on or sent.

Connected services

The app connects only to services the user chooses to sign in to, starting with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Each service’s own terms apply to its use. Intuit is not a party to this agreement.

Data

The app keeps its data on the user’s Mac. The Privacy Policy explains what it reads and where information is kept.

Changes

Parcel B may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with its effective date at the top.
