Parcel B Time
Consulting time, recorded on the Mac and sent to QuickBooks once you approve it.
Parcel B Time is Parcel B’s internal tool for billing consulting work. It runs timers by client and service and takes manual entries. It combines each day’s work into one line per client and sends approved hours to QuickBooks Online, ready to add to the month’s invoice.
To connect or use Parcel B Time, open the app on your Mac. Go to Settings, then QuickBooks, and choose Connect. There’s nothing to do on this website.
What it does with QuickBooks
- Reads customers, service items and their prices, and your employee record.
- Creates and updates the time entries you approve, marked billable at the item’s rate.
- Never changes customers, items or prices, and never sends invoices.
